From Hurt to Healing is an 8-week self-paced program for anyone moving through heartbreak who wants more than just getting by. Each week builds on the last, moving you from pain, to perspective, to personal power. This program draws on attachment theory, emotional intelligence, parts work, DBT emotional regulation, and somatic practice. It's designed to help you understand yourself. Your nervous system, your patterns, your inner world, so that you can move forward from a place of clarity, not just temporary relief.

The four phases.

Weeks 1–2

Stabilize

Create safety and regulate your nervous system. Understand what heartbreak is actually doing to your brain and body so that you stop feeling like you're losing control.

02
Weeks 3–4

Soften

Balance compassion with accountability. Move from helplessness to agency. Identify the stories you've been living and start to question and rewrite them.

Weeks 5–6

Understand

Meet your inner parts. Do the emotional autopsy. Understand your patterns with clarity and without judgment.

Weeks 7–8

Rebuild

Reconnect with who you are. Define who you're becoming. Start building a relationship with yourself that doesn't abandon you when things get hard.
