In-Person Experiences

Sometimes you need to step away
to come back to yourself.

These retreats are immersive, in-person experiences designed for real change. Through guided practices, movement, unique activities, and deep connection, you'll move through what you've been carrying in a way that's hard to access in everyday life.

What to Expect

This isn't just a retreat and it's not about stepping away to relax for a few days and then going back to the same patterns either. It's about stepping out of your day-to-day life long enough to actually see yourself clearly and start to shift.

You'll be guided, supported, and surrounded by women who are doing the same kind of work. There's honesty here. There's depth. And there's space to actually move through what you've been holding.

Coming back to yourself

Most people arrive disconnected from themselves. They're overthinking and overwhelmed. The first part of the retreat is about slowing that down. Through guided practices, movement, and intentional conversation, you start to come back into your body. Out of your head. Back into what you actually feel.

Learning to trust yourself again

This is where you start to look at what's actually been happening in your life…your patterns, your reactions, the things you've been avoiding or trying to control. You're not doing that alone. You're in a room where people are being honest in a way that's rare, and that changes what you're willing to see in yourself. This is where a lot of the real shifts happen.

Feeling safe being yourself

The last part of the retreat isn't about "fixing" anything. It's about integration. Letting what shifts actually settle. Understanding who you are now without the noise, the pressure, or the patterns you came in with. And walking away with a sense of:

  • Groundedness
  • Self-trust
  • A relationship with yourself that feels steady, not conditional

And because you're not rushing back to your normal environment, you actually have time to let it land in a place that feels different from where you started.

And the part people don't expect

It's the people. Being in a space where no one is performing, pretending, or holding it all together. That level of honesty, being seen and seeing others in it, ends up being one of the most impactful parts of the entire experience.

Where this happens matters.

These retreats take place in spaces that are chosen just as intentionally as the work itself. Not just beautiful, but grounding, expansive, and removed enough from your day-to-day life that you can actually hear yourself again. There are moments woven in that you won't get anywhere else. Experiences that open you up, challenge you, and stay with you long after you leave.

A few things people often wonder.

Do I need any experience with coaching or healing work?
Not at all. You just need to be willing to show up honestly. Some people who come have done years of therapy. Others have never shared their innermost thoughts with anyone. Both are welcome.
What if I'm coming alone?
Most people do. You'll be welcomed, introduced, and genuinely cared for. By the end of the first day, you'll feel like you are family.
Is this therapy?
No. There will be different modalities including somatic and trauma-informed practices, coaching, informed by psychology, and sound. If you're in crisis, this isn't the right setting. I'd recommend reaching out to a licensed mental health professional for support. These retreats are for people who are ready to go deeper, not to fix something broken, but to build something stronger.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. If you need one, just reach out. We can figure it out together.
What if I'm not sure if this is right for me?
That's completely normal. You don't need to be 100% certain. If something about this is pulling you in, you can reach out, ask questions, and get a better feel for whether it's the right fit.
How many people normally attend?
Each retreat is intentionally small so that everyone feels seen, supported, and able to go deeper.
